Hula-Hoop Game

One youth from each end start jumping in each hula hoop at the blow of a whistle when they meet in the middle they stop and play rock, paper, scissors. Whoever wins continues jumping to make it to the other teams side and the opponent has to walk back to their line and get back in line for another shot.
